Very friendly staff. Quick and thorough gel removal but they left the tops of my nails very rough and scratched from the electric tool even though I asked the technician to smooth them out a second time.

When I arrived I was seen to straight away.
Which was nice ss I was 10 mins early.
The nails and design I had shown Cindy on a picture were done on me just the way I wanted them.
