Didn’t get the technician I booked, man was aggressive with my nails and the electric file catching my skin causing it to hurt. He didn’t remove my old nail varnish. Asked for a design and got something something completely different. They are more interested in getting you out than actually doing a good job. Such a shame as i’ve been coming for years but its getting worse each time.

Manicure was good. Atmosphere was unsettling. The therapists shouted at each other across the salon frequently.
