I didn’t get the technician I booked with, they refused to let me pay through the app and charged me extra at the venue. They talk about all the clients in their native language and when I told them I booked through the app and mentioned my name, one of the technicians said my name jokingly walking off. I have nail polish on my fingers and one of my fingers is bleeding.

They were quite busy and though I had booked in advance, I was asked to wait for sometime, but Im very happy with the end result so the wait was worth it. Tommy was very attentive.
