Chaos. The bookings systems is irrelevant. They say yes to everyone and tried to treat multiple clients with too few employees. When it got to painting my nails, the woman said she could not do it and I had to wait for someone else. Others were complaining too. Very unrelaxing. Poor quality polish. Hard skin removal happened before they skin had been softened, she realised half way through. Tried to say I hadn’t paid- I had on the app.
