Booked an appointment but still had to wait 40+ minutes before anyone started my nails. Gel nails did not last more than a week. Walk ins will be seen before people with bookings so if you’re in a rush I would avoid!

beyond the total misunderstanding of my request despite the photos, from the moment I can see my natural nail under the gel it is not a success. This is what happens when you take on too many clients at the same time. So disappointing
