Had to wait 40 minutes before receiving my treatment. Was just sitting in the chair and wasn’t given much direction. Appreciate they may be understaffed but would’ve rather gone elsewhere than book here, please be more honest about availability.

I got builder gel on my natural nails. There’s a ton of colour selection and I easily found one I was happy with. I didn’t catch my tech’s name but he was quick and thorough and I left satisfied with my nails. I will be back!

The staff didn’t speak very much English but they were helpful, efficient and friendly enough. The other customers all had headphones as there was no music - would defo bring some if I were to go again. There didn’t seem to be any reservation system, so anyone who turned up, phoned or booked online got the member of staff that was next free, but this led to some customers having to wait a while before being treated. It gave a off a bit of a disorganised feel. I’m happy enough with my nails.
