I had 2 broken nails from the prior acrylic infill at this salon which they fixed. This time I was kept waiting for my 10 am appointment until 10:10 watching my manicurist sweep, clean and wipe the floors while I wondered why as a client I was made to wait for this? Then I saw a guy put paint thinner or acetone in a near empty red paint bottle. It dried dull matt and smelled of acetone on my nails. I complained this had been diluted and was not shiny so it was redone. Needs a manager on site.
