No communication what so ever from entering the store. I had to speak to them first. Waiting 30 mins to start my nails even tho I had an appointment. The guy doing my nails was just pushing my hands away when it was time to switch hands, didn’t shape my nails as I asked. Done acrylics way too thick. And I asked for it to be filed done some more and he refused.
