I use this salon regularly but had a terrible experience this evening. The young man taking my gel off left quite a bit around the edges and when I was asked what shape I wanted my nails, I said please leave them as they are. He didn't listen and proceeded to shape them so badly I asked him to stop and please just get the rest of the gel off. It was then his colleague took over and removed the remaining gel. I had to cut and shape my nails myself when I got home.
