This was such a briliiant deal. We chose to have afternoon tea and a massage for just under £30 each. The venue is lovely, a real treat. The afternoon tea was a really nice treat with sandwiches, cakes and hot scones all served by happy, helpfull staff. As we headed down to the spa we were welcomed and given a robe and slippers before heading in for the massage. The treatment room was amazing as was the relaxing quite room with tea's and water. After the massage we went to the spa to enjoy the facilities. Easy to spend and hour or 2 in there relaxing. We went on a Monday afternoon and it was just us in there. The spa and all facilities were very, very clean. Overall i was VERY happy - fab treat! Worth booking!
I booked to use the spa facilities. The facilities were excellent and the premises clean. Very nice place for a nice relaxing experience. Although, the drinking water facilities needs improving. There was an open jug of water in the changing room. I was informed that they change it every 4 Hours. This jug did not get changed throughout my visit which was over 5 hours. I asked a staff member for some fresh water. They offered me an open jug of water. I asked how long it had been in the jug; I was informed that it was prepared earlier this morning. This means that the jug had been left open for at least 3 hours. The member of staff was kind enough to get us a bottle of water once I relayed my concerns. I did inform another member of staff about my concern on the open water jug and the fact that they are only changed every 4 hours. I was informed that this was their usual practice and that they never received any complaints. In addition, there were a few snacks available such as nuts and dried fruit. This was nice, but again this was left uncovered. It would not cost more to provide water in a jug with a lid or a bottle and to refresh on the hour. Plus the snacks could be covered. Beside my comments I would go there again, but I will be prepared by bringing my own WATER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I went as a treat just before going on holiday. A really intimate facility with great spa host. My therapist was delayed, but I was offered a complimentary meal to compensate. A good treatment, although I've had better facials. The wet spa facilities are excellent though, one of the best I've visited in London.
I had a spa day here, which was lovely. It doesn't have a pool for swimming - but it has a hydrotherapy pool which is nice. There are a few different sets of jets you can use. Beside the hydrotherapy pool is a couple of foot baths which you can fill on demand to the temperature you want. As it was very quiet when I went, I did one hot and one cold and alternated. There is an experience shower - I love the tropical rain! There are 2 different sauna's, one hot and the other more gentle. The gentle one had colour columns on the side which changed colour which was nice. They were large, clean and smelt nice. Lovely changing rooms with nice products. It's a shame they don't have more photos of the spa facilities on their website as they are very good. I had a lovely massage when I was there, and then enjoyed relaxing in the relaxation area, which had beds with duvets, music and nice teas etc. I will definitely look out for another deal to go back.
went with a friend for a day and was really wonderful - clean new fresh and fab facilities - looking out for another special here - and we will go again - the treatment was relaxing and therapist amazing - we loved the products and there was plenty of high quality product in the small changing rooms - a wonderful day
