My friend and I booked a one night spa package in July 2015 which included access to spa facilities, a 30 minute treatment, 2 course dinner and breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; it was a very relaxing weekend. Staff were helpful, food was tasty and my massage was excellent. The sauna and sanarium left us feeling de-stressed and completely relaxed.
Lovely spa facilities and great staff. The treatments were wonderful and we had full access to the relaxation lounge. The hotel is in a bit of an odd location but it had beautiful views of the river from the restaurant and the room had everything we could ask for.
I was very unimpressed with the treatment and the facilities. A full body massage turned to be a half body massage as the time run out (55min), 2 out of 3 rooms (steam room and one of the sauna) were out of order. The complementary food wasn’t entirely complementary, we end up paying a supplementary charge for chicken meal (the only meat meal on the menu) and we were also charged for the site dishes! Will not go back.
My friends and I went to Spa Verta for the Reviver half day spa including afternoon tea. We had a lovely afternoon and I would definitely recommend Spa Verta. We went on a Friday and surprisingly, there were only a few other people using the facilities. Everything was clean and the changing rooms had all the required facilities. The hydrotherapy pool was great because it was big and had 5 different features. We had to wait a while to check in to the spa because no members of spa were around and we did not see any whilst using the facilities either. The afternoon tea was also very nice, with lots of choice and a good view of the heliport.
