Absolutely lovely. Me and my partner spent the day here and enjoyed a couples refinery package. We left feeling wonderful and completely relaxed. We both had a full body massage which we both agreed was the best we'd ever had. I could not recommend this cosy, yet fully equipped little sanctuary more and we will definitely be going back.

Facilities were dirty and overcrowded. Food was terrible. Staff was friendly and massage was good. I emailed Treatwell with complaints that I felt that I'd been overcharged and they suggested that I get in touch with the Crowne Plaza as it was their problem. I won't be using this deal and have serious doubts that I will use a Treatwell service again.
