I purchased the spa day with 2 course lunch & massage & am keen to book again.
Loved this place! Everything I wanted from a Spa Day.
Facilities: Clean, spacious. Steam room, sauna and sanarium were a really good size. Went on a Monday and practically had the place to ourselves. Loved the hydro pool! There was a separate relaxation room of bed/loungers where you could have some loose leaf tea and dried nuts/fruit. Infused water also provided everywhere.
Lunch: Awesome views at the restaurant! Overlooks the river and next to the heli pad. Food was great too.
Staff: Very cheerful, polite and very helpful.
Massage: My sister and I had full body massages at the same time in the same room. Mine was fine, though no foot or head massage was included by the person who did mine. I mentioned this to my sister who then said hers got massaged! So I thought this was strange. Maybe request it at the start if this is important to you.
Overall, I really want to go back. It was such great value and i had am awesome, relaxing time!
Had never been to a spa before but this really was such a nice day out. We were greated with friendly staff who parked the car for us and was shown the facilities which were perfect for us. Two saunas, a steam room, a hydrotherapy pool, foot spa, showers and heat chairs were available along with a gym. All was very clean and we were given our own dressing gown and slippers. First treatment was a massage which was really relaxing and we then paid extra for a facial which was fab and refreshing. We were made very welcome and had a lovely day. Would defiantly go there again. Only difficulty was finding the place as there was a lot of building work going on around so was hard to find but once we were there it was great.
Overall, a pretty good value and good find for a spa in London. The facilities far exceeded expectations. Large spa pool, two saunas, sizeable steam room - definitely use the time you have there! The massage could have been better but they used good products and the service was good as well. I would definitely go back for a city spa day.
The atmosphere when you get to the Spa is already relaxing, and the facilities are really amazing. I would say I really enjoyed my experience but it can get crowded as it is not a very spacious place. I was a bit disappointed when going for my 25 minute treatment as in the email I had asked for the different options and I had chosen the foot and leg reviver but apparently it was not on offer when I got there so I had to go for a back massage instead, which I usually try to avoid as I have tensions and knots...
