I had the afternoon experience for 2 though my guest couldn't make it in the end. Even though this happened I had a really good day at the Spa.
Before I had my back massage I was taken to the meditation room . There are a range of different herbal teas provided. I had the chocolate herbal tea which was really nice and was able to read a magazine before my treatment; so I was able to get nice and relaxed. Then within about 10 mins of relaxing I had a back massage and it was really relaxing and de-stressful.
I then used the sauna, steam room and pool.
This was my first time at the spa and all the staff I came into contact with were very friendly and welcoming. I had the afternoon tea which was provided with Processco. The cakes were really nice and I had a good view sitting outside on the balcony watching the helicopters land. I will definitely come back here in the future.

Great facilities, a little small, but we went on a bank holiday and it wasn't busy or too crowded!

The spa is not huge but surprisingly stylish and atmospheric, given the location. The lunch was good value too - great views of the Thames and fun to watch the helicopters coming and going from the neighbouring heliport. The couples massage was also very relaxing. Decent value all in all, especially for Central(ish) London.

I'll start with the good bits, because there were some things I did like about this spa. I received a really friendly welcome when I arrived, and the facilities are decent and relaxing (and very empty midweek, it seems). I booked the Weekday Wellness package and received a call the day before informing me that the only available treatment time for that day would be in the evening, so I arrived an hour before the treatment to wind down a bit, and then stayed for just under two hours afterwards (the package included three hours' use of the facilities). The spa area is quite compact with only two loungers, but the pool is lovely and the changing rooms are well equipped with nice ESPA products. Now for the not so good bits! I went back to reception just before my treatment to find the phone ringing off the hook and not a receptionist in sight. The noise was making me feel a bit anxious and I was worried it could trigger a migraine, so I went back down to the spa and drank some water, only to return two minutes later to phone still ringing continuously and no receptionist. Eventually got taken to "relaxation room"- e.g.: another waiting room - just after my treatment was supposed to begin. Was collected from there 5 mins later and my massage didn't start til 5 mins after that, so overall my 25 min treatment was just 15 mins. Massage was fairly good but therapist touched the side of my neck loads which was a bit ticklish and when I tried to explain this I think she thought I was just nervous (ha). I then went back down to the spa for a while, but when I left round an hour before closing the place was totally empty, not a receptionist in sight although I could hear some kind of therapist training going on in another room. Just sort of scuttled out which is odd considering the health and safety aspect! Overall a decent afternoon out and beats working, but for £60 I would've liked to have seen more staff around and to feel like more of a guest, offered food and drinks etc.

Spa facilities and services were absolutely amazing! We very much enjoyed our time there - especially the massages and relaxing with the interesting tea creations afterwards.
Overall the room and hotel were very nice too, unfortunately the restaurant was not as good as we hoped. Staff was not attentive at first (we sat outside and actually had to go inside to the bar to order drinks...) and cocktails were very bad. The food was average - the meat was overcooked so definitely not what we expected
