Booked a treat for mum's birthday last minute, team accommodated request and delivered service to high quality despite us arriving slightly later than planned. Incredible lady I've forgotten her name it began with H she was lovely! The the lunch there was tasty!
We were a bit unsure what we were doing on arrival, didn't get much explanation of the facilities etc the pool was too cold so we spent most of our time in the relaxation room... the treatments were amazing Whilst we enjoyed the service and the view in the restaurant unfortunately the afternoon tea was mediocre.
Small cosy spa but beautiful all the same. Staff were lovely and the massage was amazing.
Really lovely spa day, my massage was incredible and firm enough to get all of the knots out of my neck and shoulders! Nice ambience and the free valet service if you're travelling by car is a great added bonus.
