The spa had a lovely atmosphere and was very small but that didn’t bother me. It would have been nice to have more relaxation chairs outside the sauna rooms as these were often taken up. We had an afternoon tea package and the treatment included was only 25 min and we weren’t asked any questions before our treatments which was a bit strange. Also there wasn’t much of a welcome from the staff and when we asked questions the faces were a bit blank! We were told we could choose a treatment on arrival but the staff seemed surprised by this. The staff in the pad restaurant however for our afternoon tea were very welcoming and accommodating to our needs!
Had a wonderful stay , the facilities were great, as it was a Monday, the spa was quiet . Our massages were excellent extremely relaxing, dinner was lovely @ the PAD and all the staff were helpful. Absolutely would recommend to all - Thank you Crowne Plaza for a fantastic stay
