My stay was amazing the hotel was clean the staff were polite and helpful and the spa experience was lovely. My massage was very relaxing
We had a spa treatment with my sister which included two course lunch, massage and access to spa facilities.
The food of the hotel was very disappointing. The service though excellent.
Highlight of the day the message. Both me and my sister were very happy, feel relaxed and experience a perfect treatment.
As per the facilities, sauna, sanarium and steam room were amazing but in the pool/ Jacuzzi 2 out of 5 water sources weren't working for £105 pp quite disappointing.
It was an amazing spa day.
The spa itself is big and has lots of different areas and saunas.
The massage was great, very professional and customised to your needs.
The afternoon tea was just ok, only 4 sandwich options (2 vegetarian and 2 non veg) so for me it was just 2 different sandwiches. The sweets were almost all chocolate based which i loved but my friend was a bit tired of the chocolate, it would be nice to have some more variety overall.
