We received excellent service from the very start of our stay at The Crown Plaza Battersea. Caroline at Treats assistance was a great help in selecting a suitable room and contacted the Hotel in advance to ensure we all stayed together in the same room. The receptionist Mark provided first class services along side housekeeping who checked if we were happy with our room the next morning. The new waitress at dinner was very attentive . Over all a perfect stay and we’ll book again.

I am contacting you with complaint regarding a booking on the “Spa Day Pass Access 3 Hours” via Treatwell Ltd for Saturday 3rd August.
This was booked as a last minute afternoon trip for my girlfriend and I via lastminute.com and Treatwell.
When we arrived at the spa we were told by your only member of staff that no robes or slippers were available, I questioned this as it immediately got the experience off to a poor start and your member of staff simply said something along t
