The rasul and mud treatment is not as in the description. I was giving a pot of something to use and told to sit in the steam room. I complained and was told they don’t need people like us for customers by a very rude male. Also the spa cave was included in the treatment which was not clear otherwise I wouldn’t of booked an hour in the spa cave separately

Wow Wow Wow! Excellent treatment, lovely staff! Went to Spa Themes for a Deep Tissue massage and Morrocan scrubbing Treatment - it was fabulous! Had a private steaming room only for us, it was really relaxing and the staff were really nice, professional and attentive. The Spa has a homy feeling, was very clean and we were provided with all we needed: towels, flip-flops, hair dryer and a complementary tea at the end. We are definitely going back soon!! There making so many improvements can’t wait to see the end product when we go back!

Luxury Spa. I booked a spa day with my boyfriend. We had the Chinese fusion treatment it was AMAZING, including a Spa Bake Off Cream Tea including two large fresh warm Cherry scones with homemade raspberry preserve Jam and fresh clotted cream they was to die for, finished with English breakfast tea pot for two fresh biscuits and fresh juice. We then had full use of the facilities. Modern, Different, Clean. Water & Fruit Available nice large lockers with a Scandinavian theme. The spa was amazing jacuzzi area quite large, sauna, steam room. Orange juice was extremely fresh as well as the apple juice. The staff are professionals, they know what they are doing. Cannot wait to return the best spa in Manchester!

Absolutely superb! I’ve been to many spas across the UK, this one has got to be one of my favourites by far! You pay a premium price however it’s worth it... Clean, nice and professional staff who could not do more to help, full private use of the spa, steam room jacuzzi & sauna. Attention to detail with the most accodmadating friendly staff you will meet. I came out of the massage room like a new person, I would highly recommend and will be returning again. To sum it up a complete little paradise. A huge thank you to Gabi and Natasha making my birthday extra special. Worth a treat!

Had a lovely time, staff very friendly and good service, but unfortunately we did get the offer from Groupon that we bought, we had a 45 minute massage and not the food that was advertised, plus the donut had mouldy cream inside. I did send an email but had no reply. So my advise is to please check what your deal is before going.
