Overall, it was a great experience. I booked the massage and sauna treatment because I wasn't feeling well and I left the spa feeling amazing. The massage got off to a rocky start - she left me in the room for a few minutes with no explanation (I felt like she was just wasting the time so she did not have to do the full 30 minutes) and the ladies sitting right outside the therapy room were talking very loudly. However, once the massage started it got quieter. It was an excellent massage and the lady really knew what she was doing. The sauna is quite small but very clean (the entire place is kept really clean which was very nice). The bucket of water in the sauna had a few drops of essential oils which I loved. Great value for the money spent and I would definitely go again.
