I was welcomed with a towel and wrap and shown to a clean changing room with a locker, shower, loo, large mirror. A short walk down a corridor to be welcomed by the therapist at the massage room.
Swedish massage was followed by an offer to relax in the sauna; but I did not have time to do this.
No pressure to buy any extra services or products. I will return.

Best massage in London hands down.
I went with my husband we had 2 separate masseuses and both came out saying the same thing. It was Thai style and something you could only really find in Thailand. This is a secret gem ask for Nisha.

Had a massage with Eva, she did an excellent job including stretching and hot stones.

The massage was enjoyable and relaxing. The staff are very accommodating but the one downfall is the sound insulation. I could hear the conversation going on in the next treatment room very clearly - I think the rooms were not sealed off from each other for some pipework but this isn't great for a spa.
