Very mixed experience. I was welcomed in but not given very much information or direction about where to get changed or what was happening, not easy for my first time. Massage was good but was interrupted twice as my woman had to go out and sort out another customer. However having a free sauna was a good extra, and would have used more if had time.

Easy booking, staff accommodating, spa itself a bit tired. Door to room slightly open during treatment which is a bit strange!

Mixed feelings about this treatment. I was not asked if I wanted a scalp massage as part of the treatment but the therapist proceeded to do so. Also, although she asked at the start of the treatment what pressure I preferred, she did not check in at any point during the treatment to ask if the pressure was OK. I had to stop her briefly as the pressure was too hard. I suspect that this may be because the therapist did not speak good English. On the plus side, the massage was great and very thorough. It would have been more relaxing if the room was not so cold and thicker towels were used.
Changing room was clean and I was offered a glass of water on arrival.
