The treatment was great, love the fact that the lady giving me the Swedish massage on hearing I practice yoga, switched to a Thai-yoga session. Just what I needed...enjoyed it very much!!

Spa One offers good value for money, I like the large changing rooms, the sauna (albeit not hot enough) and the friendly therapists. Would not hesitate to recommend Judy (July?), she has great flow.

The staff are extremely friendly, and really take their time with each treatment. The prices are really good for London, and the quality of the treatments hasn’t been sacrificed! I look forward to going back again!

The Spa is clean and simply decorated, and the staff are great. A surprising amount of noise spilled into the treatment room, but it wasn't an issue as I was having one of the best Thai massages I've ever had. I would definitely return and have already recommended it to a few colleagues (I work nearby).
