clean friendly staff and good value. however, the rooms are not real rooms (sliding door) so you can hear all noise which takes away from the relaxation

Spa was at the bottom of a hotel. Once arrived, receptionist didn’t know about my booking even though I had booked and prepaid. Then I was rushed into the room where it was very noisy from building work and people walking around. Therapist did not speak English so did not understand any instructions that I was giving her and to top it all off, did not touch my arms even once - even though it was meant to be a full body massage. Worst one I have experienced.

The lady was excellent, quickly found spots where I was very tense and massaged them well.
