Comfortable spa area close to Paddington with really professional massage skills. Even added little extras like warmed up towels for feet before start of massage.

I got a Swedish massage by Apple and she was very good. She made sure to ask the type of pressure I wanted and adapted to my needs. The only thing I would recommend is for the reception staff to be more clear on what you should do, as I was just given a towel and asked to go change and only after I asked they explained where the locker and massage room were. Overall, it was a good experience so I would go back.
