The hotel and spa was amazing, staff were great and the rooms were lovely. Price for drinks was on the high side but other than that I cannot fault the stay. Would definitley recommend and visit again. Thank you!!

The Breakfast and Dinner deal was very good. Much better than a lot of Spa deals where the give you a spending limit (Crewe Hall was £28). This worked much better where you got a set menu to choose from and if you didnt have a supplement dish, there was only your drinks to pay for. The cleanliness of the room could of been improved (room 138). The sofa bed was ripped and had a wine stain on it and they was a large clump of female hair in the trouser press. There was also one of my favourite pet hates: Hair in the bathroom that was not ours!

We stayed on a DBB rate, dinner was lovely and had lots of choice on the menu, generous portions too. Our bedroom was stated on the offer as an upgraded executive room but did actually seem to be just a standard which was okay as it was pretty much just to sleep in. The swimming pool was very busy with children which is understandable as it was a Saturday but when booking a relaxing spa night away you expect it to be slightly more relaxing and we didn't expect it to be so busy- maybe it would be worth going on a weekday instead of the weekend. For what we paid it was overall a good stay.
