We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff are second to none and went above and beyond their job. They were very friendly, helpful and made the children feel very welcome. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was mouth watering. Our room was very comfortable the only little criticism I have is the shower could have been a bit cleaner, there was mould around the door of it. But apart from that I would definitely recommend this hotel and I most certainly would go back and stay there again.

Booked as a one night stay deal for a family of four, dinner B & B with tickets to Warwick Castle. We enjoyed our stay, the food was great, our room adequate, it was excellent value for money and overall the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only issue that let down our stay was the disorganised check-in process which meant we weren't able to check in until over 2 hours after the advertised time of 2pm. We arrived at 2.15pm to be told "the computer says it's dirty" and were asked to wait in the foyer. While we were waiting two other parties were able to check in and book tables for dinner. At this point I queried if a table had been booked for us at 7pm as requested in my voicemail message the day before. They hadn't and by this point all availability for 7pm was taken, so we settled for a later time. We waited for half an hour before giving up and taking the children off site to kill some time. We returned at 4pm, and there was more confusion as to whether our room was ready. We were told there had been a big function the night before and that most of the guests had not checked out until 12pm, which only left 2 hours to clean every room in the hotel. In addition to this there were new members of housekeeping staff who were not familiar with the computer system. Although I appreciate the difficulty of the situation for the staff involved, it was really frustrating and disappointing.

Hotel friendly and clean. I wouldnt say it was a spa more like a leisure centre but still very nice. Arometharaphy massage lovely. We had a suite which was lovely and big but very old fashioned definatly needed a re-vamp. Would go again though x
