I booked for 4:30pm, arrived there on time and needed to wait more than half an hour to start to do my nails. Also, they charged me 10£ more to do the chrome decoration and the proceed did not last 3 days and started coming out.

Overall great and relaxing experience! Very careful and patient with my hands and feet, really felt like it was properly soaked and massaged. The reason I didn’t give 5/5 is mainly because after I left I realised my cuticles were not as different so it could have been cut and pushed thoroughly.
