Not great. No apologies made for the appointment being 15 mins late. The atmosphere was cold and the wax job was awful, didn't get all the wax off so left feeling sticky. Would never go back!

I had gel nails with Tan and, as always, it was a lovely experience. I come here often and the service is consistently excellent — Tan is skilled, attentive and very kind. My nails always look perfect when I leave.

The team are very professional and always deliver a beautiful manicure that I regularly receive compliments on. The manicures also last for ages - I lead an active life and the nails always last 4 weeks!
