Left work early and came all the way. Paid for parking to find that the spa is closed even though their closing time is 6pm. Called the number on the door only for the lady to tell me that “when it’s quiet the therapists decide to go home” no mention of anything like that on their website. She then proceeded to tell me to book an appointment in future. Well if this is the case maybe you should make it absolutely clear that you work on an appointment only basis. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied

I regularly have massages with Dinesh. Can’t praise him enough as have really helped with my joint pain and have become part of my routine maintenance. 10 out of 10.
