Massage 10/10. Came specifically for back and leg pain and the massage was brilliant. The place is obviously going through renovation as they move from Hanwell to West Ealing and the building work at first takes a lot away from the ambience. That said once the massage started I forgot about that. That said I do think the price of treatments should be reduced owing to the less than appealing look and feel of the facilities.

New venue in W13 is a work in progress but this doesn't distract from the service and customer experience which remain outstanding! Dinesh is incredibly talented; he always treats the person & you're never rushed, he's brilliant!
