We initially booked 2 sessions of one hour and an half together with my wife. The staff called during the week to confirm the appointment and all was fine. However when we reached the spa, we waited 10 minuted in the waiting room, just for the receptionist to tell us that the massage person did not turn up and that we cannot have it together but only one person. It was quite disappointing as we went all the way to the spa and to have this cancellation at the last minute was not expected. The receptionist told us that she will speak to her manager to compensate this cancellation, but nothing was done after the second visit. Quite disappointing. The massage itself was good, the facial was a bit too light according to my wife

My mother and I have been delighted with our treatments. We were very well looked after, products used were amazing, the staff couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Spa Isha to family and friends.

Just to say don't go here if you have very mild psoriasis. I had taken a day off for a facial for a special birthday treat but they said it was too risky and their products might cause it to flare up. It has never happened to before and I have had facials in many places for over 20 years. I was extrememely disappointed and it was an awful waste of my day.
