Although the staff was very friendly & hospitable the treatments were a abit of a let down.
I have never had ear candling before so wasn't sure what to expect so can't really comment too much on this apart from the therapist being helpful & explaining things in detail.
The massage however which I've had at many places around the world unfortunately didn't live upto expectations. I had the therapeutic massage & although it wasn't bad & I did begin to doze off by the end, the techniques used seemed very basic & repetitive. There was also a lack of consistency, arms & legs were rushed & how one arm was massaged the other arm was massaged differently. A lot of time seem to have been spent on the feet also which I didn't really understand as the rest of the body was rushed. There was also a couple of noisy disturbances which isn't great when wanting relax, with a male colleague to my shock knocking on the door to grab something from the room I was in, lucky I was covered well. The attention to minor details however I did like which I find a lot of places miss out on, things like asking about temperature, keeping towels wrapped on me well etc
Overall I would give the place a 6.5 out of 10
I try to have on a regular basis a massage treatment with Dinesh at least once per month. The treatment, the ambience and warm and friendly welcome I always get from him, his wife Kalpna and their staff is wonderful,. If I could give 10 out of 10 I would.! I think also my parents, who I treated to a massage with Dinesh, are now converts. We all left very relaxed and floating on air. Would definately recommend.
I booked a facial for myself and also for my parents, as an anniversary present for them. They don't have beauty treatments regularly, but I do do. The treatment was fantastic, very relaxing. We all left the salon with soft glowing skin. We all had the same therapist, I think her name was Vidya (apologies if I got it wrong), lovely lady, friendly and professional. Vey happy.
