I actually got a therapeutic massage instead of the aromatherapy massage that's listed here. Overall I really enjoy the ambiance of Spa Isha - it's new, clean, and beautiful. The owner, Dinesh, was the one tending to me, as I'd had a few negative experiences previously and he wanted to give the best service possible, personally. He was extremely attentive and made sure I was informed of everything happening. He waited until the specific room that would fit my needs was ready, which delayed the start of our massage but I wasn't rushed for time so this wasn't a big deal. The face cushion that was used was wonderful; the best I've experienced in London. He spent a lot of time asking me about my body - how it feels, trouble areas, whether I get headaches, lifestyle questions. It was very thorough. The massage itself was very unique - he uses a different technique than I've had before. Not so much about pressure but appropriate placement and release of specific areas. I will admit that it made me a little uncomfortable since I wasn't familiar with him or his style, but the overall effect was very good, just as he said it would be. Thank you for allowing me to experience the true potential of Spa Isha. It is a wonderful spa and I would recommend it after this experience.

Best massage i have had-checked medical condition and asked what were bits most in need of massage.Lovely new/clean surroundings and background music. Free nearby street parking and toilets on the lower level of the building-always handy if been travelling.

What a gem I have found!! I highly recommend Spa Isha, their lovely team and great massage's by Dinesh.
I booked this via Goupon but the quality of massage was above and beyond what I had expected. Dinesh took a history, had a chat about specific issues I had and then tailored the massage accordingly - finding muscles/trigger points I didn't know existed!! He has a very calming approach which made me I feel confident that he would be able to help and he has in only two visits. I am already planning my next visit as it'll be totally worth every penny even at full price.
Please book a treatment with Dinesh, you will not regret it!!
