Quite an odd surroundings with the spa being located in a health centre but room itself was clean and tranquil. Massage wasn't as hard as I'd expect from a Deep Tissue which i think was down to the fact the masseur was sat down for most of the time I also felt not enough oil was used. Good value for the price though.

I am 78, have had numerous types of treatments over the years and a history of orthopaedic surgeries, so I was doubtful as to how I could be helped. My daughter insisted that Dinesh could, so I reluctantly went for a massage. I was so pleasantly surprised and overwhelmed with how good the massage was and how good I felt afterwards. Dinesh is a caring, attentive and professional person.
I would fully recommend this treatment, and have booked more sessions too.
