My recent experience wasn't particularly nice as I was expecting. I have given 5 stars to the salon as it is immaculate and very cosy as for the staff I cannot say the same. The lady who didn't Brazilian didn't come across very friendly whatsoever. I felt she was rushing, didn't make me feel at ease as I have experienced in the past.

i arrived for my leg wax and greeted with a warm smile and friendly attitude. the rooms are beautifully decorated and have a real calm look and feel. my treatment room was very clean and waterfall music played in the background whilst I had my treatment. the staff are so friendly and have a wonderful touch, nothing is too much effort and nothing is rushed. would definitely recommend a treatment here or give one as a gift. they also have a loyalty scheme so you can earn a free treatment.
