I had a Signature facial with Dinesh. The products he used suited my skin, which we discussed prior to the facial. Staff are always polite, friendly & welcoming. A calm & relaxed place. I would recommend.Thank you

I was particularly touched by the kindness of the reception lady. She treated me like family. As for the treatment, I do appreciate the experience, skill and consideration of one's health condition. Recognising that it was my birthday was overwhelming: to say the least. Many thanks.

When I made the booking over the telephone, I was assured that I would be given a French tip re-varnish. I even said that I had my own white tip, pink cover, and top coat polish which I would like used. However, when I got there, the manicurist said she couldn't use my products because I didn't have the undercoat in the same brand and she couldn't use their undercoat because it wouldn't have worked. I then said she could use her products and pointed out that they had white polish, but she said they didn't have the pink polish to go on top. They had a very limited selection of colours and I chose a neutral shade which I am not pleased with. It was not what I wanted and I can't wait to take it off. Having said that, the manicurist applied the polish professionally and I couldn't fault what she did. She also had a very pleasant manner and I enjoyed the treatment, apart from being disappointed with the result.
