I am used to go to spa places where the minute you walk in you can smell lovely fragrance of spices this place didn’t have any. In addition it always helps to have a nice calming music in the background to help with relaxation but again no music until half way through my treatment the music was switched on in the reception area so I could hear some as the walls were very fin.

Reception staff were warm and welcoming. The therapist talked me through the treatment. Oils smelled amazing. I suffer from arthritis so the therapist kindly massaged my hands. The only downside was the treatment room was small and poky. On the whole a very relaxing and fragrant experience!
