I took the body brushing and aromatherapy oil massage. I was happy with the massage and addition of stomach massage which is too often missed out. My only constructive feedback is that for the body brushing to be effective, it needs to be done in the direction of the lymphatic system to get the circulation flowing- but most of the strokes were long ones down my body. There are plenty of diagrams on the internet I'm sure the treatment would be even more fab if these were followed. Also while discretion is appreciated, the areas that women need body brushing are the tops of the thigh and the bum- but these areas stayed covered through most of the treatment.
Therapist was friendly and I would be happy to go back for another massage. Many thanks!
