I had a deep tissue massage which was carried out by a lovely therapist named Tilly. She was fantastic! She was warm, welcoming (despite me arriving 10 minutes late) and made sure to ask me how I preferred the pressure. I think that I will give the spa facilities a try next time as I didn't use them during this visit. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and I will definitely be going back again.

This was my first treatment ever. I was surprised at how nice the venue was. Tilly was clear on what to expect and Adidas an amazing job. Will definitely be back again.
