First time I tried this place..thought its attached to a public pool so wont be any good but dont let first impressions deceive you! The best thing was the massage therapist I had for a 25 min hot oil massage..she was very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice about my posture after! Would go again

This is a good value spa located in a leisure centre with the Ironmonger Row swimming baths. The price doesn't include use of the swimming pool or gym but you can pay separately if you want a swim first. The spa was clean and the staff were helpful. It doesn't have a high end feel but it has what you need - two steam rooms, two saunas, an aroma shower, a plunge pool, ice bucket and the hamman rooms plus a relaxation area with herbal teas and apples provided. A range of treatments are available although I didn't have any on my visit. The relaxation area could have been a bit warmer and a couple of the loos needed cleaning but other than that it was all good. A robe, towel and flip flops are provided and the changing rooms have lockers, hair dryers and straighteners.
