Very poor service. I went there to get a manicure because my nails looked bad after a weekend spent moving and carrying stuff but my nails looks very bad even after the quick, amateur work they did!

I had an akwaterra massage with Nicola after work one evening last week. It was exactly what i needed! Very relaxing, perfect amount of pressure used. Nicola kept checking that i was comfortable and that i was happy with the temperature. I'll definitely go back.

The Spa experience was great. They accommodated a large group of us at short notice and the facilities were great overall. The location was central London too so it was easy for everyone to get to. We especially enjoyed the hot room, scented steam rooms and ice fountain as well as our back massage and facial treatments. Would definitely recommend it and will visit again.

Not impressed at all, the therapist didn’t even let me know her name, my treatment was supposed to be 25 mins and it didn’t even last 20. The therapist did not even put the light on after my treatment so I had to walk in the dark to turn the light on- stubbed my toe and then got ready. When I was ready and walked outside the therapist was standing with her coat on hurrying me along. This was not enjoyable and it was supposed to be a treat after a long week. Would not recommend and very disappointed I have wasted money on this ‘treatment’. I did not feel welcome or relaxed at all.
