I initially booked the treatment at 10am through the app but they quickly called and rescheduled my appointment due to a mistake in availabilities - no problem there! The Spa is located in the basement of a Better gym, though you wouldn’t have known that once you stepped into the spa! Nicola delivered a wonderful scrub and bamboo massage - the pressure was on point (as she made sure to check every so often) and the treatment room is quiet, dimly lit and thoroughly relaxing.
