Lovely venue for the price. Staff didn’t take a lot of time to explain what was available in the spa, we had to ask for their recommendation, neither did they explain the rules of the spa so we had a therapist be short with us when we got something wrong, though she didn’t ruin the experience entirely you do have to wonder whose fault that was.

My first spa experience and I loved it (although I was hoping for a jacuzzi but there wasn't one) all until the worst part which was the shower afterwards - the water literally trickled down the wall. It was ridiculous, frustrating and useless. I challenge anyone to wash their hair with the water running down the wall!

I was looking for somewhere to wind down after a stressful week at work, and this really hit the spot. Emerged thoroughly re-energised and positive. Will be back.
My only fault with the venue is that I would have liked there to have been some tranquil music playing in the background.
