Affordable and relaxing day spa . Have been to their Bethnal Green branch but this branch is more recently refurbished and I preferred it. Pleasant decor and dim lighting helps to create ambience.The spa has its own entrance to the on site full size swimming pool so you could use that too on your visit for an additional fee (looks nice but we did not try it).We booked treatments directly with the spa which were great.

It's a lovely spa experience, very convenient located and good value for money. I've been a few times but I usually book during the week and I found the Saturday session very noisy so not particularly relaxing. Too many big groups of ladies talking very loudly. That aside I would recommend it, just don't go on a Saturday afternoon if you want tranquility.
