Good value for money when purchased from Treatwell. Busier than we expected it to be at that time. The toilets were blocked and Lights in the showers weren’t working, so had to use the toilets in the shared family area upstairs. Treatment prices looked reasonable. Good location and water and herbal teas available.

Short changed on length of treatment. Started late, finished early. Cleaning with bleach happened before spa had closed. The smell was strong and I burned my feet on bleach on floor. Formally complained to management weeks ago. No response. V poor experience.
