Booking in was chaos and staff did not show you around. Therapist was ok however treatments finished before timeline as per booking. Toilets where dirty and plunge pool needs cleaning to, I would question the overall hygiene of the facility. Dressing rooms very small and no snacks in relaxation room which was also advertised.

very good value for money but there was building work going on outside which we could hear. Not the spa's fault but was slightly distracting. Overall very enjoyable.

I really want to like the spa at old street, but every time I visit there are issues. This time it was our spa reservations: despite confirming the day before and having an email with the times of treatments from the spa, our treatments were booked for different times. The staff was really helpful, but it was confusing. Treatments themselves were great!
