GREAT FAKE BAKE TAN WHICH ADAPTS TO YOUR OWN SKIN PIGMENT. WAS VERY EVEN AND HAS LASTED 5 DAYS ALREADY WITHOUT ANY PATCHINESS AT ALL. LOVELY STAFF AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. RECOMMENDED.

The whole experience was a little below par - from trying to get confirmations of bookings from the receptionists (it never came, despite numerous phonecalls) to the spa room itself, which was a squat little room just off the main door and with nowhere to keep your clothes. Everything in the room was damp, including all the towels on the bed. I enjoyed the massage itself, although it was shorter than the allocated time which was annoying.

Despite a glitch in the booking confirmation between SPA London and Treatwell, Shirley managed to get me in for a fantastic massage with Zen. I ran out of time after the hydro bath and have had the facial re-booked for my next visit. Overall a really lovely visit - thanks for looking after me even though you were fully booked!
