Didn't use spa facilities. Had great treatment with Lucy. Lovely firm pressure for my scalp, face, neck and shoulder massage. Felt refreshed and uplifted after. Will happily rebook/revisit.

Facial was ok but the therapist seemed to spend more time oiling and massaging my hair and scalp which was a bit odd. I finished before time as well so didn’t really feel I had the full experience as I expected a full 50 min facial. There was no description of a head oil massage and the therapist didn’t ask of she could put oil which I have been asked in the past. I had to therefore delay my evening plan, go home, wash out the oil and then go ahead with my plans. No impressed.

The treatment itself was quite rough - but I was warned of this by the technician. I was given the option to have her not scrub so hard, which was nice. In between the scrub, mask, and moisturizing, I had to walk to the shower - I was not given any slippers, so this felt a bit weird. There is a corridor outside the Women's and Men's changing room with hairdryers etc, so the floor had hair on it which i had to step over and through. Not the most pleasant. The treatment itself was nice though.
