I went on a Thursday afternoon and it wasn’t busy. Lovely calming atmosphere apart from two lads who were shouting but can’t fault the spa for that. Lovely sauna and steam room, the monsoon shower was my favourite. Facial was lovely and the massage very intense but felt so much better after.

The cleanliness of the ice pool water wasn't great at all and perhaps some softer or a colour light for that area would increase the experience.
