I had a great experience. The staff were friendly the facilities were great and the treatments were brilliant. The massage was the best ive ever had. Definitely recommend.

I had the mud rasul treatment for 2 and overall I must say the experience was dissapointing. The chamber didn’t heat up at all, it was small and uncomfortable. You just sat there in the cold waiting for the shower to come on. It was a bit boring. It said the experience would last 1 hour and it lasted 30 mins. You have to apply the mud yourself and they give you hardly anything. The moisturising butter you put on at the end smelled awful. I did mention my dissatisfaction to the staff and they didn’t seem bothered or anything. The spa itself is nice and relaxed and affordable and good value for money. Also I had a quick swim upstairs too. The sauna and steam rooms are clean and nice. It wasn’t too busy so it felt chilled.
